Popular Post keefie Posted March 23, 2024 Popular Post Report Posted March 23, 2024 Just finished a picture for my new Dentist, I had already done one of these for my old dentist but he retired so I did one for the young lady that's just taken over from him. The other one is two interconnecting hearts. they are made from English Yew and finished with sanding sealer and acrylic lacquer. Hope you like them. TAIrving Posted March 24, 2024 Report Posted March 24, 2024 Here https://www.wood-database.com/european-yew/ is the Wood Database article on European Yew, aka English Yew. It is an interesting wood, the wood of choice for archery bows. Suggest you read the section on Allergies/Toxicity as it recommends that "care should be exercised when working with this wood species." keefie 1 Quote

Denny Knappen Posted March 25, 2024 Report Posted March 25, 2024 That is what I think of dentists. The interlocking hearts are intriguing. keefie 1 Quote
