Dog Puzzle - Rescue 2

Dog Puzzle - Rescue 2 pattern by Harvey Blyer. I used 3/4"Poplar approximately 8" square. I cut this at home on the EX21 using FD UR #3 blades. Yes, I still have some left over. Lighty sanded on the Mac Mop, dipped in diluted Shellac, and after dry, another light sanding. Comments welcome.

Very nice Denny, both Rescue1 and Rescue2.  I personally like Rescue2 better because the lines of the wood seem to line up better with the imagined lines of the dog.  

I had an optical illusion with this one as it appears that the lower arms of the "R" separate from the front paw on one arm (of the "R") but not the other.  I had to enlarge the picture to see that it is the "E" separating from the "R".  

Keep them coming.

Thanks Thurman.  You are right about the R and E.  This is the second of this pattern as a couple bought the first stating that it looked just like their rescue dog.
