God Boxes and Bowl

Been a pretty busy summer with not much shop time. Here are 2 projects that I have manages to eek out.

The God Boxes are for some of my wifes family

The bowl is Poplar and Walnut. One of the best I have done so far.

The Story of the God Box is. Sometimes we carry the weight of the world on our shoulders. Sometimes we need to let someone else deal with things we can not handle or need help with. Write it down on a piece of paper and put it in the box for God to deal with. Then we don't have to worry with it.

Kind of funny how well they work to easy your worries. I guess its the act of physically writing them down and putting them in the box for God to deal with.
