simple puzzle

DId this one over for a customer who wanted one for his 2 yr. old grandson who loves gorillas. They want a name puzzle but the young man's name only has 4 letters in it' and trying to find a font that works when doing word puzzles does anyone have an idea on fonts?

I use Cooper Black.  I then add the connectors in Inkscape.

It takes a little bit of work to get connectors all right.

 

If you are not into Inkscape there is a good video using a word processor and putting the connectors by hand.  Here too he used Cooper Black

I have used Sniglet as a font.  I did one with only three letters.  The kids name was Fox.  I did a silhouette of a fox head for the backer.  I am not sure what font this was.
