Popular Post sydknee
Funny how plans change as you move through a project. A wall hanging that started life meaning to be a table trivet but is a little fragile for the purpose so what does one do? Put a hanger on it and there you go. A wall hanging. Could have easily added a 1/4" thk black backer and some rubber bumoers for feet and it would have been a fine Trivet! But a wall haning works! I was given the pattern by a friend to cut for him. I’ll ask him where he got it from.
sydknee
I had that in the back of my mind. I was going down the road of putting a sunken hanger on the back so it could be dual purpose but the pattern sort of complicated that idea. That image can be found on Pinterest. It is a simple B&W image that could be used directly as a pattern. Using Inkscape, it can be made into a line and fill pattern. There are a bunch of similar type images available. ChelCass and TAIrving 1
