Sanding mops

I read that a lot of members use sanding mops. I would be interested in getting one. What abrasive is the most used?

This is the one I use.  Klingspor Abrasives Spindle Mounted Mac Mop, 240 Grit 7"x 2"x 1/4" Spindle (woodworkingshop.com)

Thanks Denny, now to find a small drill press for my shed.

I have the Klingspor MAC Mop and the Klingspor Sanding Mop. The Mop is less aggressive and leaves a smoother feeling finish. I think mine are also 240 grit.
