Fish Posted December 22, 2024 Report Posted December 22, 2024 I’ve bought some stuff from Temu online. Searching for a few things just a little while ago I found this. Look familiar?? It’s a pattern of my Last Supper I went to customer service an informed them who did it and where they can find it the reply sounded like they were concerned but I couldn’t get the complaint to go through to their customer service after it was provided by link from the person I informed this of Darn shame Another pattern of Jesus is on that web site for sale also I can’t find here who’s it was that did it but I told them that too and where to find it What a shame I’m sure their customer service won’t take it any further Even though they say take it seriously Darn shame TAIrving, OCtoolguy, TexasDIY and 1 other 4 Quote

If the company in question was located in a foreign country and the infringement was also in a foreign country, then yes, there would be little one could do. Temo is doing business in this country and is subject to our laws. And yeah, it would be crazy expensive to pursue this very far. But, if enough cases were started, it would attract the attention of State AG'S and then the Federal AG'S Office. OCtoolguy and Fish 2 Quote
Norm Fengstad Posted December 23, 2024 Report Posted December 23, 2024 This company Temu is often popping up on my email. many trips to the junk, spam and block files slows them down but they are persistent as well as a nuisance and now Temu also steals and finds ways to ignore complaints OCtoolguy 1 Quote
Dan Posted January 3 Report Posted January 3 Although their headquarters are in Boston, Temu is owned by a Chinese businessman. I've heard a lot of complaints about them. OCtoolguy 1 Quote
BadBob Posted January 3 Report Posted January 3 I have purchased from Temu two times. The first one went without a hitch. The second purchase did not fit my muffs, but the description clearly said they did. Temu refunded my money and did not want me to send them back. When requesting a refund, you need to pay close attention as they try to trick you into accepting store credit. OCtoolguy 1 Quote
OCtoolguy Posted January 3 Report Posted January 3 I've purchased from them twice and both times all was smooth. A bit longer than I had hoped but for the price, worth the wait. Quote
