A box for my granddaughter

My granddaughters birthday box. I asked her what her favourite animal was and she said she could not choose "I like them all" so I chose lol.

The pattern is adapted from Steve Good's "Fancy horse" pattern. The box top and bottom are baltic birch and the sides are white pine.  I cut the box part on the bandsaw.

I will fill it with smarties because at her age that is probably all she will care about

I will have to go to Steve's page and make one for my granddaughter also as she is not  even 5 years old and has her own horse and already is a very good rider and even barrel races at her young age.
