Popular Post Denny Knappen Posted January 21 Popular Post Report Posted January 21 A custom request. The pattern is by Gayle at the Scroll Saw Cafe. I used 1/8" Baltic Birch plywood stacked two high 12" x 12". Cut on the Pegas Scroll Saw using Pegas #0 Spiral blades. The finish is three coats Spray Lacquer Clear Satin with a light sanding between coats. Of course, framed at ArtCrafters. Comments welcome. artisanpirate, wombatie, jollyred and 19 others 22 Quote
FrankEV Posted January 21 Report Posted January 21 Looks like a fun loving K9. Great job on the cutting. You bet those spirals work great? But Denny, "professional framing" at retail cost most can't afford, sure makes the rest of us that make our own frames, look cheap. I know the recipient will be thrilled. Quote

Thanks Frank, I sure like the #0 Spiral blades. Those that make the frames can get the professional look with exact angles. I have the advantage of leftover scraps. Quote

Barry5180 Posted February 1 Report Posted February 1 Great job on that Denny. I've got to get back into trying to make my own frames. I keep having them done at a framing store but it does get expensive. Quote
