Rustic Blue Heron Bird Portrait, Scroll Saw Project Video

Hey Everyone! In this fun scroll saw project video, we make a beautiful Rustic Blue Heron Portrait! I cut the portrait from 1/2 inch basic plywood and the backer board is 1/4 inch plywood. The design is from the Spring 2025 Issue of Scroll Saw Woodworking & Crafts Magazine by Fox Chapel Publishing. This design lends itself to several different uses and would make a great gift for the bird lover in your life! Hope you all like the video!

Thanks again Tyler for this video.  When I received my issue of Scrolsaw Woodworkig I have wanted to cut this pattern.  Man, I can't wait till it warms up so I can get to scrolling.  I want to do this pattern because my son is a wildlife photographer, and the blue Heron is one of his favorite subjects.

That came out great Tyler. I was thinking about doing that pattern also. I live in Florida and those birds are all around me.
