This a Steve Good design modified to have only 2 people as we are empty nesters.  I also enlarged.

This was supposed to go the door to our garden.  I was going to paint but ended up using some left over cedar fence and deck board.  I was testing painting and nothing would pop. The red and white were really dull no matter how many coats. I even tried primer with some success.  Going to too much work.

BUT - my wife said she really liked it the ways so I just finished with spray on spar varnish.
