That said I had a special request a few years ago and she finally did reply but it was several weeks and said she was too busy to do the request. Last fall / winter I had another request to modify one of her designs and send a request in.. after week and a half or two weeks I thought she wasn't going to even answer me but turns out she did send me the revised design free of charge because it took her a few days to get back to me.. the reply was in my spam mail folder for some reason so I didn't know she sent me the message until several weeks later.. Unfortunately I found a different pattern from Steve Good that I was able to modify and use so I never did use the design she did for me.. OCtoolguy 1 Quote
Denny Knappen Posted March 7 Report Posted March 7 I have purchased in the past, but not for some time. OCtoolguy 1 Quote
OCtoolguy Posted March 7 Report Posted March 7 I have done a couple of her bowls from patterns in magazines. Whenever I have had a question, I emailed her and she has always responded. It may take a few days but when she has time, she replies. I hold her in high regards also. Quote
GregBennett Posted March 8 Report Posted March 8 I'm another old guy who forgets things too often. I ordered a pattern from Sue only to find out I bought the same pattern last year. I sent her a note asking if I could get a discount on my next one and she offered to send me a replacement pattern of my choice at no charge. I've bought many of her patterns over the years and she's been helpful but does get busy. I prefer patterns with lines rather than blacked out areas which are more the norm. With those patterns, I can't see the cut very well if the blade is in the black. My eyes aren't what they used to be. OCtoolguy 1 Quote
Scrappile Posted March 8 Report Posted March 8 If you set up an account with her, you can access your past orders and re-download them if you should lose one. OCtoolguy and NC Scroller 1 1 Quote
Mike Crosa Posted March 11 Author Report Posted March 11 Sorry for the delay in responding. I had asked Sue for a modification of one of her Easter patterns. I was willing to pay for it but she did it for nothing. I thought that was very nice and above and beyond. danny, OCtoolguy and NC Scroller 2 1 Quote

don in brooklin on Posted March 13 Report Posted March 13 Love Sue's patterns. They are very affordable. Often $5 - $10 and you often get a collection. Just convert currency and no other charges. When you are only making for your own enjoyment it really helps. Mike Crosa 1 Quote
