Denny Knappen Posted March 10 Report Posted March 10 Four more Miniature Birdhouse Ornaments designed by the late Diana Thompson. I used Eastern Red Cedar for the birdhouses and Spectraply for the little birds. Cut on the Pegas Scroll Saw using Pegas #3 Super Skip blades for the little birder and Pegas #6 Super Skip blades for the birdhouses. After a light sanding with a Mac Mop, dipped in diluted Shellac, another light sanding, and a final dip. Comments welcome. Scrolling Steve, Dan, wombatie and 6 others 9 Quote
Scrappile Posted March 10 Report Posted March 10 Very nice, Denny. Your colored birds really add to the miniature birdhouses. I bet the demand for the Spectraply blanks has really increased! Quote

hotshot Posted March 26 Report Posted March 26 (edited) Denny, you aren't a fan of the Pegas Modified Geometry for this type of cutting? Curious as I've never tried the Super Skip blades, but do some thicker cutting for puzzle boxes. Edited March 26 by hotshot Quote
