LNoble
Does anyone know where a copy of John Nelson's book, "Advanced Scroll Saw Clocks - 5 Original Designs," might be obtained? I've looked high and low for a used copy, but the few I've found via internet searches are priced at $250.00 and higher!!! I'd be happy to simply borrow one for a little while. I'm in the process of making a Daniel Regulator Wall Clock, the pattern for which Nelson designed for the Wildwood folks -- if the patterns in this book of his are on the same par, I'd be very interested in seeing them. Travis
I'd love to get my hands on this too. You can set up a eBay notification so that you get an email if this book comes up. Half.com also offers the same option. I've used this feature to track down hard to find books too and it works pretty good. According to ebay, the book averages for $32. 'Course they don't tell you how often they come available. But if it saves you $200, it might be worth the wait...LOL
Barry5180
I did manage to find it at Blackwell's in the UK. It doesn't say it's out of stock, just that it's not available in their local stores. You might want to give them a shot. http://bookshop.blackwell.co.uk/jsp/wel ... id=0&awcr= Hope this helps. Barry
