Popular Post Dave Monk Posted March 27 Popular Post Report Posted March 27 How time flies. I joined this group ten years ago which was the beginning of my scroll saw journey. So many members here gave me help and guidance. I can't thank you all enough. I have to give @Jim Finn credit for introducing me to inlayed box. That got me going on box building. Now I enjoy Inlaying and also incorporating intarsia into them. BadBob, ChelCass, wombatie and 24 others 19 1 7 Quote

MarieC Posted March 27 Report Posted March 27 I love them all but I do feel that dragon fly box is my favorite. I love how you did the wings. What kind of wood did you use for the wings anyway? Holly? Quote
Peter N White Posted March 27 Report Posted March 27 Great work on all your boxes hope you do well in the juried show. danny and Dave Monk 1 1 Quote

The dragonfly legs are so small there is no way I could have surface mounted them. MarieC 1 Quote
rjweb Posted March 27 Report Posted March 27 Dave, I didn't realize the bird and dragon fly were inlaid, looking at the picture it looks mounted on top, RJ MarieC and Dave Monk 2 Quote
