Where did you get the dispenser pattern?

The basic candy dispenser is a Steve Good Pattern http://www.stevedgood.com/gumball.pdf. The tray is created using one of the pieces that is cut out and another piece of scrap. It is easy and fun to watch the kids get a small handful of M&M's or Skittles at the shows.
