Nope. I'm not sure why you're not seeing it. It works fine for me. Are you seeing other pictures from user albums? I attached what it should look like. You could try rebooting your computer and see if that helps. It could be that your internet is fast enough and it's timing out. I'd check to make sure your browser is up to date. Check to see if Java is up to date (I don't think Java loads the pictures, but it's worth a shot). What browser are you using?

Yeah i get the User Gallery ok.. I think. lol this is what it looks like to me. Which looks right, but everything about this computer is like its owner, old and slow. I am using IE XP i will try some updates and check it out with other browsers and see what happens.

I click on User Gallery and Pattern Library and it takes me to User Gallery, which i have a picture of attached. Then i click on Pattern Library and i get the blank screen. I will have to update my flash player probably and java. I have everything set to update manually. I don't like them phoning home unless i know that it is. It is my end then. I figured it was.

Thanks Travis

I did some poking around and discovered that the Gallery doesn't work well with Internet Explorer 8. So that's probably what you're running into. You might be better off using Firefox or Google Chrome. They're much more W3 compliant than IE (W3 is the group that makes up the rules for the internet).

If you hover around, you can eventually find the hotspot for clicking. Otherwise, I'd just go to the front page of the Gallery and choose your category from the menu on the right.

Vista is an operating system, not a web browser.  If you click Help then click About Internet Explorer, it will show you which version you're running.  I think Vista can run up to IE9.  You can try upgrading to 9 and see if that helps.

There are two browsers that I recommend;  Firefox or Google Chrome.  These are really great browsers that are W3 compliant and constantly updated.  I also find they're more secure and run faster than Internet Explorer.
