revdave Posted June 22, 2013 Report Share Posted June 22, 2013 Thanks to all who helped me out with my problem of blade slippage. No problems at all now. The solution was two-fold. First I tightened the set screw which I didn't even know existed. That may have solved my problem all by itself. But I also bought the Seyco thumbscrew blade tighteners which have the unique feature of the end not turning once you tighten in the blade. Too expensive, but it works.
