Hi y-alls. Just got started with scrolling and love it. I'm having a ball . I have the new Moto saw from Dremel and it is a nice saw for small crafty things. I broke a blade today so had to replace it. That was the first time doing that. I have made a fish key holder and a miniature fish plaque and I'm now working on a mouse and cheese intarsia. I'm almost done with that. I'm doing their tails. I'm going to do a gold fish pattern that is in a book I bought. Any way,, I hope I'm  welcome here so here's to having a good time with me scroll saw. Have a great day, ,, Fay

Hi Fay,

Hey my wife was born in Port Townsend, not too far away from where you live. Hint;..blades need to be replaced about every half hour of use. I am personally not familiar with your saw, but the most important thing to learn when you start scrolling is don't use blade from the big box stores, like Home Depot and Lowes. there are  many blades out there that are way better and add a lot of pleasure to your cutting experience.

Nice to have you on board here with us. This is a great place to show post pictures of your work to share with us all. We love seeing other peoples work and sharing our own. If you have any questions, please ask. Come back often, you will see that there are many talented and friendly people here in The Village.

WELCOME

Hi Fay, welcome to the village, I'm Keith from Cornwall U.K.

After reading the description of your work so far, I'm looking forward to seeing some pictures.

Lastly, everyone is welcome here, I don't think you could ask for a better group of people than we have here - it's my second "family" they give everyone a fantastic welcome (they even gave me a great welcome which shows they'll let anyone in LOL) Seroiusly though, this is one great bunch of guys and gals.

Keefie.
