Tdub4ever
Started this this morning at 8:30 when my daughter left for school and just finished it. She loves Eninem. Although we battle over his music. I insist she listens to the "clean" versions of his music (she's only 13) and she argues that the edited versions "suck" because of all the blanks put in them. I just tell her she can listen to all the Vegie Tales and old Hannah Montana she wants and that ends the discussion. This is a Charles Dearing pattern cut in 1/8" BB and the backer is a piece of 2' x 4' chalk board purchased from the Depot. heppnerguy, Fab4 and bobscroll

heppnerguy
The plaque is very nicely done, no doubt about that, but I probably would not have noticed how perfect the cutting really is... extremely well done. One would think it was from a machine. I have to go up and grade it.
heppnerguy
Don, You are doing the right thing to monitor your daughters listening habits. we as parents, have the right an duty to direct our kids in the right direction. Always remember that you are the parent and she is the child. She doesn't have to like what you say but she does have the duty to respect and obey your training. good job with that. If she were to grow up and be all screwed up and you had not been there as a guide for her, guess who she would be blaming for all of her problems? Hang in there with love and stand your ground. We love our kids or we wouldn't care what they did. wombatie and sullyscroller

wombatie
That is excellent. Very neat and straight lettering. I must admit I liked a couple of his 'songs', but then again I listen to ALL different types of music. Marg

Tdub4ever
Thanks for the kind words. An FD-UR #1 works great for cutting straight in 1/8" BB. Used an FD-NS #3/0 for everything else. I decided to add a little bit of color instead of just black.
