Bryan Bennett
Hi to All only just found your site, from MikesWorkshop.I see that one of my favorite designers is advertised on here Sheila Landry.I am 75 years old,and still learning about this great hobby that we all enjoy, and surprising myself sometimes the projects that are made with a scroll saw. In the beginning I used the hand saw and did enjoy making projects, then I had a very long break. The word REDUNDANT came into being,I had been made redundant once and was not to impressed with it ,I bought a Hegner Multicut 1 single speed and it changed my life.I was able to have it at the back of my mind, with the comfort of if I was ever made redundant I would be able to make and sell projects to earn money. I have been very fortunate to work to retirement ( 2003 ) and have been having a great time, recently I have developed a medical problem that is causing a little concern.I am very busy at the moment and very upbeat,it is no use worrying over something that you can not control. It has been very interesting finding this site and I will be visiting often, thank you for being here. Very Best Regards Always Bryan

heppnerguy
well Brian, you can already see that you have picked a home full of fellow UK members. I am amazed at how many very active people from the UK and many other countries are members here. I want to say, ' you are very welcome here. We love having you join us. You have a good idea when you say you will be visiting often because if you do, you will feel a part of our little, ( really not so little, I guess), family. The more you come back here the sooner you will find that everyone here are very friendly and helpful. any Questions? fire away, then you will see that people really care about you here. Take time to explore here. there are many free patterns to download and cut and there is a tutorial page called Village University that will have something interesting and informative that helps everyone here. Everything is free here and if you can't quite figure out how things work, just ask. Be sure and log in every time and go to the 'forum' and check out the different things there. Hope to see you here often. Dick heppnerguy Phantom Scroller and bobscroll
