Me and pattern making are like chalk and cheese, we don't go well together, so I didn't bother, I just cut the picture and visually avoided islands as I was cutting, what do you think. (not cleaned or sanded yet).

I'd say that you should try pattern making then. that's pretty much what you did when you cut this. Very nice job!!

Wish'd i'd been me that did a beautiful scroll job of the rose.I'm going to have to plug my machine in and start making saw dust like you.See what happens when you try.If there's a will there's a way.does'nt look like no easy task,but you pulled it off nicely,good show chap! i'd say!
