I have work with MDF in the past.for me it was hard cutting,but easy sanding.You have done a Fantastic job.! :thumbs:

Frank, good job! All  I had was MDF to work with until I found Pine wood and it does dull the blade quickly because of its heavy glue content among other things ,but pretty smooth finish by itself and painting an MDF ply is a major pain in the neck.
