Ok i'copyed down the instructions as to how to pay the 10 dollars for the badge.I've followed the instructions to the tee.i can cet nowhere close to paying the bill.this is frustrating as i'm doing this way too much everyday to get the annoying ad gone and support ssv like I did for a year.what more can I possiably do to pay.?im at wit's end now.

your second pictures says you have already paid. is your year up? check your paypal or how ever you paid to see if the payment has been taken out.

If not you will have to contact Travis, or may see this and respond.

it says my year is up and I do have ads showing up in ssv too much.?all the ads say to remove this ad so I guess something is wrong .

Anybody else having similar issues?  I know I've gotten a few renewals, but I'm not sure if it was before or after the reminder invoice expired.

 

Kevin,things are pretty crazy on my end right now, but I can look into it further by Wednesday.  We'll get you where you need to be.  Sit tight for now and I'll get it sorted.

Hope things are sorted for you soon, Kevin. Are we all up for renewal soon Travis? I'm still showing as a patron. Is there an annual renewal date, or is it payable, one year from purchase. (Just wondered).

It's only for renewal 1 year after purchase date.  So everybody's will be a bit different.

I think I got it sorted out, Kevin.

 

Click your name in the upper right corner to bring the pulldown menu.
Click Client Area
Click the Purchases tab on the left.
you should see "SSV Supporter." Click that link.
Click Renew Now (right side of the screen).
