It was suggested that I build a stand with a 30 degree angle to it. Now I can saw for a good length of time. I still get googly eyes but it's nothing another coffee(beer) can't fix. It's nicer on the back not being slouched over all the time.

I usually cut for about 4-5 hours at a time. I sit on a excercise ball, I have tried the chairs, bar stools and standing, but I find this to be the most comfortable.

Well, I've gotta say Thomas that you are the only one I know that scrolls while sitting on an exercise ball. They are pretty comfortable, but my table is too high for that.

For me it depends on the day. I average between 5 to 6 hours on a week day after work, on the week ends normally more then that. We do crafts shows and stock goes pretty fast. The Mrs. likes her tv, I don't watch it much so I work in the shop.
