Friday Morning Coffee

Looks like it's my turn to make the coffee and tea. Also some fresh blueberry bagels. Made a few pens yesterday. Today I hope to finish some scroll sawing I started last week. Still cold here and we expect more snow this weekend, so we will bundle up. Spring training starts in less than a month so we know Winter is almost over. Not sure if I'm happy or sad.

Thanks for the coffee, I'm ready for spring cause it's 3 F this mornin and it's gonna take 2 hours to get the shop warmed up. Not sure what i'll do out there but can't do it at 3F LOL. Yesterday i cut peices to make about 60  11 x 14 picture frames. Soon as i get some more vnails i'll put them together. Made some walnut , cherry, ash, Chesnutt, and old oak. Ya'll have a blessed day.

Thx for the coffee Dan.  I am so ready for spring, will even take the heat over this cold and they say that next week will be colder.  The electric bill may force me into bankruptcy although don't know that I could do that and keep electricity.

Good Morning to everyone from St. Paul, MN where we're having a heat wave +12F (-11C).

 

We're re-doing a bathroom in the house (I'm building the vanity) and we're off to see flooring and lighting today. Everyone stay warm (or cool) depending on where you live and keep your fingers away from all the whirly parts of your power tools.

Morning all, We are in the middle of a blizzard.  9 degrees with wind chill -23 wind gusting to 20mph out of the south.  Needless to say I won't be going anywhere today.  Was just barely able to get the backdoor open so dogs could get out to potty.  They didn't dally, a quick pee and they were back in.  They have all gone back to bed.  Today the bathroom gets a much needed scrubbing and then I think I will bake some chocolate chip cookies.

Thanks for the coffee and bagels Dan. Pouring down here in the West of Scotland. Unfortunately I think I have a leaky roof, let's hope it doesn't get any worse. Oh well where's the Bucket.   .

Hi Dan, thanks for the coffee and bagels.  Looks like Rob needs to head out to his workshop to make some wooden shingles to replace the damaged tiles on his leaky roof!!!

Sorry guys, I should have mentioned the leak is in the damned SHOP ROOF, right above the table saw (which has now been replaced by two buckets) !$%&*^£!

RR, why don't you fix that leaky roof? Will a bucket of tar do it for a while?

Well it will quit leaking by itself. It's like a squeeky wheel when it ain't turning.
