I'd really like to commend Mike's Workshop at http://www.mikesworkshop.com/ . I placed an order earlier today for a half gross of blades. I submited my order using my credit card over the internet. Without realizing it, I misspelled my e-mail address (I cut wood better than I type). So, later in the evening I got a phone call. It was a call from Mike's Workshop wanting my correct e-mail address so he could send me a note letting me know my order was processed. I have NEVER had this kind of service from ANYTHING I have ordered over the internet, and I order a LOT off the net. Mike. If my order is shipped with half the care you give to making sure your customer's information is correct, you'll have my blade business from now on. Thank you.

Yep Greasemonkey.........Mike is the best! I've had nothing but great experience with Mike. I had emailed Mike with questions about choosing blades and he was very kind to respond right away. When I first started scrolling I had absolutely no idea what I wanted and I ordered what I thought I needed lolol............Mike sent me an email telling me I was ordering the wrong blades for what I wanted to do and sent me the right ones along with samples of what I had originally ordered so I could see the difference!

 

As a result of this great service and his kindness in responding to a newbie like myself.........not to mention such a great product............I've never ordered blades anywhere else and never will.

 

You rarely find anyone that gives good old fashioned service anymore.........online or off. Thanks for letting everyone know what great service you've received from Mike!

I have had a similar experience with Mike. Some how one of my orders did not go through properly. All he had was part of my credit card number. I got a call from him just to verify the order. Not alot of people will give out service like he does.

I ordered Sunday afternoon. My mail ran today about ten this morn (Wednesday). Guess what? My Blades are here! That's some fast shipping. If I called other companies I order from (I won't name any names) three days after ordering, my order would still be "being processed". Mike even included two samples of the "new" spirals for me to try. I had ordered a half gross of 2/0 spirals. I'll try both Mike, and which ever one I like best, you can expect an order of at least a gross next month.

I've had the same type of experiences with Mike. I can order blades on Monday, and have them by Wednesday. That's unheard of today. I consider Mike a scroller's personal blade consultant. He actually takes the time to listen to what type of scrolling you do, and then recommends the best products for the job. On top of that, the quality is unmatched.

I will join in with the rest of you in saying that Mike's is the only blade I will use after using most of all of them , and he is a great person as far as what blade you need and if you have any questions just ask him and he'll give you all the help you need :cool: . I've ordered like 5 or 6 gross at at a time and this the cheapest way to go ................Marshall :thumbs:
