ubgoofy2003
Just got a chance to say Hi to everyone here at the Village. I'm Perk, from Arizona & have been scrolling for about 15 yrs. now. I had a Delta saw for several of those years & then bought a new DeWalt 788. I like doing portraits, plaques, but, not into Intarsia due to all the sanding it involves. I think the finished pieces of Intarsia are beautiful though. I was looking for a place to sign in, but, I guess this site doesn't do it that way. Thanks for the opportunity to join the group & looking forward to joining in on the forum. Bendita
Welcome Perk to the village a friendly place to hang out, where people understand the addiction of scroll sawing and can freely discuss its results. I've been here just over a month and already feel welcome. People are friendly and willing to help at anytime you run into problems. Hope to see some of your works here soon. Ron Johnson
Good morning Perk Welcome to the village. Love the cutting and carving you've done on the moose horn. I've done a bit of cutting and carving of deer and moose horns but hate the odour when cutting. Looking forward to seeing more of your work. ubgoofy2003
Thank you everyone. I was wondering if it takes a while before a post is shown here? Is that right? I think I saw something about a delay for some things, but, not sure. I am wondering also about procedures and rules for the site? I guess I'll learn as I go along. Thanks Again. " Well, I see already that isn't so. Just read this posting. " Edited February 9, 2014 by ubgoofy2003
