New(Used) Saw

Well I just made arrangements to pick up ANOTHER used Dewalt DW788 snapped it up for $125. I already have one and there is nothing wrong with it but I just couldn't pass this one up. It will be a great backup. I can finally take my current backup saw (an old Dremel) to the scrap yard.

Now I just have to figure out how the sneak it into the garage without the wife seeing it. LOL

Hahahaha.  Congratulations Kurt.  I have a DeWalt and a Ex21 and I used them both, if I have a project going that needs 2 different size blades.  I put one size in one and the other in the other, saves a lot of time, I just have to swap chairs.

wax the seat real good and put slide stops at the end.

I packed up my Dremel Moto saw when I got the Big Yellow. Nice to have a back up saw as I still have the fox as a back up once he gets fixed. Have a great day and a good idea about that piano bench for sliding from one saw to the next. Take care   Fay

I have three perfectly good saws.  Two Hegners and a Jet.  I have one tilted to do inlay work and another one set to 90 degrees for straight cuts and one as backup. I do lots of inlay work so it is nice to not have to adjust the saw tilt each time I do an inlay.

Thanks everyone, i pick it up tomorrow.  I like the idea of the piano bench but I don't have enough room in my shop to have both saws set-up. I am going to have to leave one in the cold part of my garage for now.

If somethings worth doing it's worth doing twice,Maybe paint the second saw the same color as the saw your going to get rid of to disguise it!Blends in!!

Yes this is the second dewalt that I got for $125. I check Kijiji adds everyday looking for deals on tools and it has paid off.
