heppnerguy
hey Colin. I did a quick search and I found our a couple of things that might be of interest to you. the first one is an attachment stating that you saw is warrented for 5 years. So this should be a free fix, I think. the second thing I found out was the complete parts manual for your saw. I think you could easily find the answer for your nearest dealer by going to the attached manual sight. Dick heppnerguy
coullion
Call Ray at Seyco and discuss it with him. He will fix you up and do it quickly. Your saw is under warranty so it should be free.
don in brooklin on
Call General in Montreal. I had blades coming loose so they sent the bottom assembly the same day. It was under warranty. I still had the problem with the screw coming loose so I put som locktite on it and haven;t had a problem since. Great guy on othe end was really helpful. Lucky2
Colin, if you bought the saw new, you should be able to contact the dealer you bought it from, and they can probably get you what you need. Or, you could go to the General home site and look up the dealers in your area. Len
