Dan's HAWK

Two different versions of Dan's excellent pattern ,I hope , I did it justice ! Which do you prefer ? the background can be changed on both ,I thought a sky blue ,might be excellent ,didn't have ,so I used white for contrast .Any suggestions ?

 

OK ! I found some fabric added a couple small clouds ,what's the verdict ,The floating branch is another issue to be considered ,Having choices ,adds a new element to the craft! Your thoughts and input welcome !

They are nice! 

 

Both are excellent. Try a few out of frame colors behind them and see which you like; then just set in frame and look again before doing the final. assembly.

 

I think the sky blue Ron suggested is a good one to try.

Those are nice however I think I like the black backgound the best.  Thanks for sharing this with us.

Looks like high contrast is going to be what works for this creature of the night ! Very very elegant  looking cutting!

Definitely prefer the black background out of the two.  But check out various blue colors to see what it would look like.  Well done.

I also prefer the dark background.  You might also consider either extending the branch or using a narrower frame so that the branch ends at the frame.  That would not leave it floating.

they look great with al the different backgrounds, but my personal favourite is the dark background.
