bazzer
H my username is bazzer. I am new to this site, I am from Accrington in Lancashire uk. I have been scroll saw/ fret saw working for aprox 20 years as a hobby, made lots of gifts over the years, I enjoy designing and making my items. I mainly use my hand fret saw this way I can get more accurate cuts and better control, and find im quite fast so I rarely use the electric one. I am interested in pyograghy too and have mixed this with my design work. just finished a clock for my daughters birthday, hope to here from some of you woodworkers. Aravamudhan Rajagopalan
I am new to this site and would like to introduce myself. I am from Kumbakonam town in Tamilnadu, INDIA. I have been scroll saw/ fret saw working for more than 25 years as a hobby I learnt this art from my DAD, made lots of gifts over the years, I enjoy designing and making my items. I started using my hand fret saw during my school days. I could be able to do more accurate jobs ( see the attachments, some of the jobs i made 25 years before) Recently i find more time after my retirement and likely to concentrate more on scrolling. As an engineer and tool designer i could be able to make my own scroll saw designed and to do more fine scrolling. Through my daughter at US i got few patterns from " fine scroll.com ". See the second attachment the jewel box that i made last year. Now I am interested in conducting classes on fine scroll, hope to have more ideas from you all. Thank you. Nick@tinkers-cove
Hey all 'Newbies'. You might want to try posting a new post of your own in 'Introductions' - that way more villagers can welcome you individually in your own post. (A little less confusion). Welcome to you all, anyway. Kindest regards, Nick. Rob Roy and Wilson's Woodworking
