up cake or Ice cream any one?

I've got my box done and it was from a pattern that is in Carole Rothman's book wooden boxes. First I did not have the right size forstenr bit the make the 2" hole on the base so there is a small hole and there is a ring in there. Then I decided to make the inside of the ice cream a compartment too and one of my favorite turquoise rings in there. Enjoy the pictures and yes it does look enough to eat. Fay

I also like Butter Pecan and licorice ice cream. We used to be able to get the licorice ( black ice cream ) here  in Sequim but that place has closed and now we can't get it any more. I remember it also in the soda fountain place we used to go to, to  play the juke boxes and such. Back in the 50's  Those were the fun days... Fay
