Cut this out today for Mother Day

Got this free pattern from Sue Mey designs and decided to cut it out today. It's 1/4" black walnut on a 1/2" cherry backer board. I haven't glued them together yet, Will have a clear gloss lacquer finish.

 

I've added some pictures of the finished plaque.

Oh that looks lovely, you did a great job.    I have been meaning to cut this pattern but I simply have not had the time   and I only have what is it 2 or 3 weeks.   Oh well may be next year if not this.

It's a pretty quick cutting pattern. I had less than two hours invested to completely cut it out. #2 blade for the walnut, #5R to cut the walnut and cherry backer stacked.
