My first collapse basket.

A few days ago some one had posted a topic about a pick nick basket that his wife wanted him to make and he was not able to find a pattern. Some one else had posted a video. That video prompted me to try the collapse basket. Any way, long story short, this is a Steve Good pattern and I gave it a try. Just a small simple one. Last night I tried and got the angle backwards and this a.m. I cut it out again and got it right. Here are a couple of pictures of it. Just need to put the finish on it. Enjoy  Fay

Thank you every one. I did enjoy making this small simple one. It is a nice one day project and would make nice Easter baskets. I wished I had made a couple of them before Easter to give Mom and Sis, but I gave them each the Easter egg boxes that I made. So that was good. Take care  and have a nice evening   Fay

Nice job. Fun to make.  I once made a collapsable basket and enjoyed making it.  It took me almost a year to sell it though. Folks show some interest but not enough to buy it, even for $10.  They would make a nice gift I think, but do not sell well, in my experiance.
