It looks awesome.  Wish I had that much room.  I put my EX21 on 3/4 ply with 4 inch locking swivel casters and then put 3/4 ply with the same footprint as the base between the top of the stand and the saw so I could keep most frequently used scroll items - blades, etc - handy.  For me it works well.  Just went back through the thread and see I already said this - thought it sounded familiar.  On well, old man, bad memory.

Duane - I added the above pictures if a visual helps at all.  I did have a new table top done by a machinest friend and it is two four inches wider and 4 inches longer in the front.  For me, the larger table top is a joy.

great job on your shop...the lights look very satisfactory.. The only thing I don't like about it is, it is way too organized..I have no talent in that category, myself. wish you were my neighbor so I could get my shop shaped up.

Beautifully laid out shop.If i had the room i'd love a revolving table so I wouldn't have to get up for each little process of doing a project.drill press ,belt sander, band saw, vacuum cleaner  for dedusting projects, glueing station, etc, etc, all self enclosed so when you work the whole table is being dusted evacuated constantly..It wouldn't have to be too tall for the mini electric tools being used, just a thought.getting up and down is very painful for me . :)

I am sure it wont always be that organized.....lol  I have to run 100 amp service out there here in the next few weeks.......picking up some free wood Saturday, I mean lots of plywood oak, ash, birch and black walnut and maple pieces .............I dont know where I am going to put all of it.....owe the problems to have.....lol

If it is large pcs. maye be a wall stand up rack will help ,sure says a lot of room adjustable flip retainer works well while keeping ply straght and true sitting on a spacer board to keep moisture from climbing .Just a thought ,love mine .although supply dwindling.

WOW   you have done all the things I was set out to do but I just couldn't stand having my shop down long enough to finish my dreams so i am still in need of a lot of things in mine. You are a great DIY guy. Great shop.
