My first vase!

Just got this vase done. It is a pattern in Carole Rothman's book on wooden bowls. The pictures are a little dark but there is no light in here so I had to fix them a little bit. I'm proud of the vase and had no problems with the drilling of the angles... Enjoy!    Fay

Thank you every one. The wood is poplar and the finish is a wood turner's finish and a product called eeee-ultra Sheen. It's a paste type of stuff you put on with a rag and then after about an hour polish it. I'm thinking of putting a coat of spray laquer on it but haven't decided yet.
