    Pallet

I always wanted to try this. It’s from a pallet. It had poplar, oak and another wood I’m not sure what it is. It’s 30x24 and I used Walnut stain. I used my scroll saw to cut the pieces I needed. I like the way it looks. Thanks for looking.

  5. Here's my attempt at another one of Alex Fox ornament. It's about 7 inches square. Made out of 1/4 inch B/B. There is a lot of cutting and blade changes on this one.

  7. I found that the nylon screw on my EX was mushroomed very badly and when I looked at parts on Seyco, they get $16 for a lever/screw kit. Plus shipping and tax. I went to Ace Hardware and bought a 2" 1/4-20 nylon screw for $.59 and it is long enough to make two screws out of it. All I had to do was to cut a slot in one end of it for a flat blade screwdriver. Works great.

  9. I need to remember this.. but I'm sure i'll forget this one by the time I need to replace mine, LOL ... sure wish I had a memory like my wife does when she remembers how I made her mad 25 years ago at a certain time and day .. I have a hard time remembering where I put that 10mm socket like 10-15 seconds after I just had it in my hand..

This is one of Frank's patterns and is in the pattern library. Thanks Frank! This was cut from an old plywood drawer bottom and framed with some pine scraps I had lying around. Thanks for looking, Rob

    Grinch Box

I made this 8'x6"x2" cedar box for a donation item for a Local university's Christmas event for children. The theme this year is "The Grinch" . Woods used are: bubinga, poplar, bois d'arc, basswood, and cedar. Image is inlaid into the hinged lid using the "double bevel inlay " method with a scroll saw.
