Two Truths & A Lie:

  1. Our mail lady has been having a rough time lately. A large (heavy) package fell on her arm at the pickup office and has fractured her arm. She has been out of work several weeks and finally got back to work today on light duty. Jerry1939 inspired this project. My wife found a similar pattern on scrollsawartist.com. I just had to add her name to the front of the truck. (screwed up the first since I only had one K in Nikki) Even though other have been covering her route she stopped by this afternoon to see how we were doing. We gave her the plaque and she was over whelmed. She did not expect it and hugs were given all around. She still has a brace on her arm. She said she wanted to take it home and also show all the folks at work. It's amazing how such small gift can make people so happy. Thanks to my wife also for her wonderful paint work.
