I got a little taste of spring the other day. It was so nice to be able to open up the garage door and enjoy the weather. It's been so cold lately, it was a welcomed change of pace. So, since things are starting to thaw, and we're looking to get back into our shop, this month's scroll saw challenge is about what is currently on your bench? Share a pic of a project you are working on, or about to start on. Then, throughout the month, post some progress pics. It's really a lot of fun to see a project come together!

March is a big month! Daylight Savings is March 10. Saint Patrick's Day is March 17th. March Madness also starts on March 17th. The first day of spring is March 19th. And lastly, Easter is March 31st! Whew! So instead of picking one to celebrate, we'll open it up to whatever March means to you. Is it green beer? Digging in the garden? Basketball and nachos? Or are they brightly dyed eggs? Post your March scroll saw projects here. It'll be fun to see what you come up with to celebrate March.

Not sure about other places, but in the US, we celebrate St. Patrick's Day (March 17th) to celebrate our Irish heritage. It's mostly an excuse to drink green beer and eat boiled meats. I thought it might be fun to do a scroll saw challenge around "The Luck Of The Irish." This one is pretty open to interpretation. You can do a St. Paddies day theme, something Irish or Celtic themed, luck, green, etc. It'll be fun to see what you come up with.
