Questioned if I thought a Mobius Ribbon could be made on the scroll saw using a pointed star for the theme. I started with a 6 pointed star but using 1/2 and 1/4 bowls sections I found the 1/4's had uneven sides so I went to an 8 pointed star and got a result. I used the bowl from a board method to cut 2 1/2 and 10 1/4 sections of 4 layers approx 1/2 wide, not being to crash hot on the scroll saw I had difficulty with the tight inner points and got a lot of burns. I used 1/2" plywood and stained it mainly to hide the burns. Also enclosed a couple of pics of the seperate sections prior to glue up.
