Two Truths & A Lie:

  1. I have not been doing much cutting lately but I had a request from someone my mother-in-law works with for a couple of portraits. I used 1/4" baltic birch plywood and spiral blades. There are flaws but the customer loved them and that is what counts. Both pictures were hard to work with but with the assistance of my wife we were able to recover these very well. She traced these by hand and did a wonderful job with it.
  2. Hey everyone. I hope you're all keeping well. Just thought I'd share a couple of my new commissions. The work never seems to stop...unlike my heart, on a few occasions during these two. Before mounting, some parts actually 'Wobbled' when blown, and some areas of the wood are virtually transparent. I breathed a slight sigh of relief when they were set in place! Anyway, thanks for looking, Kindest Regards, Nick.
