Our flax plants have flowered this year and are very popular with the local Bellbirds and Tui. This plaque is cut from reclaimed Rimu, finished with boiled linseed oil and an oil and beeswax topcoat.
21 cm x 14 cm or 8 x 6 inches approx.
The Tui was also known as the Parson bird by early settlers on account of the tuft of white feathers at his throat.
