Denny Knappen
I thought I would get a head start on Christmas ornaments, so I made these Ribbon Ornaments. The patterns are by Dirk Boelman and found in CWWC Holiday 2013. I used 3/4" Pine and FD UR #5 blades. These were cut on the old DeWalt 788 which still works fine. Just not as good as the EX 21. These are an easy cut, but seem to be an eye catcher. Comments welcome. Fish, Phantom Scroller, TripleJScroller and 5 others

heppnerguy
Denny, Sometimes simplisity is best. In this case, I have to agree that the good thing about it is, they are a fast easy cut that gives a craft vendor something in teh booth that they can sell for not a lot of money, they do not have a lot of time into making them and material, and they catch the eye and usually make for an easy sale. I like to support Dirk's wife by buying patterns for her. I know that she has had to have been going through a hard time with his passing. Nice projects and as usual, always cut well by you Dick heppnerguy
Denny Knappen
Thanks Steve and Dick. Steve, the tree is my favorite also. Dick, I have not bought any patterns from Karen, but used many from CWWC. Too bad the magazine went bankrupt.
Scrappile
Great cutting. Funny and maybe true, every time I read one of your posts and see your avatar, I picture you quietly sitting at the scroll saw, relaxed and calm, just scrolling away. I mean you scroll saw broke and you just move over and keep on scrolling. Most would have a paragraph or two about their darn saw that just broke. Denny Knappen
Thanks for the nice comments. Funny, Paul. I did have a few words to myself until I called Ray at Seyco. He said no problem the part is shipped. Just went to the DeWalt and started scrolling.

meflick
Thanks for sharing Denny. I really like these and look forward to seeing more of the 12 patterns that were in the magazine should you cut some more out. On a side note - I did reach out to Karen through the website : http://theartfactory.comto see if these patterns could be obtained somehow for those who did not have the magazine. If I hear anything back, I will be sure to post here. I was thinking about trying to make ornaments this year for Christmas for family. time will tell.
