Thanks everyone. There is a 1rpm geared motor in the base and magnets in the disc as well as in the bottom of the ducks and swan. God Bless Homer & Carol
  3. Hi everyone Have not been in the shop lately, but wanted to do a project for my granddaughter. I have been looking for a project to do with stained glass and decided on this one. http://youtu.be/kiFFyr1UNs0 God Bless Homer & Carol
  4. Thanks everyone for the kind words. Some times its amazing what you can do with a drill press and a scroll saw. God Bless Homer & Carol
  5. Slot Machine/Bank The entire unit is made from wood except the shafts, plastic bushings, springs and steel cables. It only works if you insert a quarter in the slot and then it drops it in the base below. All the power is from the springs that are set when you pull the lever forward, no batteries, motors or other power. I was drawing some gears for a friend when I got the idea and I just had to see if I could make it. It's like a government machine, you put the money in and it gives you nothing back even if you win. Sorry the videos not better it's my first attempt. https://youtu.be/iJdf4tAF0bg God Bless Homer & Carol
  6. Marge It's a winner in our book. Keep them coming as we want to see more even the motorcycle. Great Job God Bless Homer & Carol
  7. Dick That is great and I hope it will help lift the spirits of the people with cancer. We also pray that as time passes you make less and less of these plaques because there are less people with cancer. Wonderful job and great idea. God Bless Homer & Carol
  8. Very well done, Dick I know your better half just loved it. Keep them coming God Bless Homer & Carol
  9. Again a great incorporation of the two scroll saw disciplines, fret and intarsia. Your family and friends are very lucky to have an artist in the group. Keep them coming. God Bless Homer & Carol
  10. We agree with everyone Wonderful job Dirk & Karen will be proud of your cutting of this pattern. God Bless Homer & Carol
